📘 Library Rules & Guidelines

To make our library a peaceful and productive place for all, we follow a few simple rules. These help us take care of the books, respect each other, and enjoy our reading time to the fullest.

🕰️ Library Timings:

  • Open on all school working days

  • Timing: During school hours.

  • Students can visit during library periods or with permission during free time


📚 General Rules:

  1. Maintain Silence – The library is a quiet place for reading and study.

  2. Handle Books with Care – Keep books clean and return them in good condition.

  3. No Food or Drinks – Eating and drinking are not allowed inside the library.

  4. Respect Others – Be kind and considerate to fellow readers.

  5. Mobile Phones & Gadgets – Not allowed unless permitted by the librarian.


📖 Issuing Books:

  1. Books will be issued only with a library card or proper entry.

  2. Each student may borrow  two book(s) at a time.

  3. Books must be returned within 15 days.

  4. Late return may lead to penalty or restriction from borrowing.

  5. In case of loss or damage, the student must replace the book or pay the cost.


✏️ Additional Notes:

  • Maintain the library register while borrowing or returning books.

  • Do not write, draw, or fold pages of library books.

  • Seek help from the librarian for book recommendations or research.
